On 11 April, Conference calls took place of the Labelexpo Operators Day and Release Liner Lobby task forces.
From 12 - 14 April, judges for the FINAT Label Competition 2011 met in The Hague to review a record level of entries for this year’s competition.
On 20 April, a conference call took place of the liner lobby task force to evaluate the next steps following the EU Pack- aging Committee’s decision to withhold the amendment for the time being.

From 11 - 13 May, the FINAT Board, Committees and Sub Committees met in Amsterdam to prepare the annual report, evaluate progress on on-going programmes and plan the next activities. Special features were the strategic brainstorm session set up by the Marketing Committee on the initiative of the new Strategic Development sub committee chaired by Isidore Leiser.
On 27 May, FINAT and the National Associations Board met in Amsterdam

From 8 - 11 June, the annual FINAT Congress takes place in Sicily.
On 9 June the new FINAT website went live.
