activities. We wrote 8 features articles, which were distributed to the press. We also used social media more this year than ever before, creating blog posts, tweets and communicating through our LinkedIn Group.
These communications went beyond words, and included great images, informative videos and hyperlinks.
A COHESIVE COMMUNITY
This combined communications effort with duomedia not only amplifies FINAT’s message to the outside world, it also creates a more cohesive community inside our organisation, helping to bring our membership closer together.
LOOKING FORWARD
As we have seen in 2013, PR brings value to both inside and outside of the FINAT Community.
Our mission is now to jointly with duomedia strongly think along ALL communications needs FINAT has, and to ensure that we further optimize and integrate all channels to get those communications needs met.
Last but not least I wish to thank all FINAT members who indirectly contribute to FINAT and the industry’s reputation through their own PR initiatives. It’s our combined effort that helps promote and energize our association and our industry in general and label converters in particular.
