FINAT WEBSITE: NOW THE MAIN SOURCE OF NEW MEMBERS
All of these efforts have resulted in an increased number of visitors of FINAT’s main website, of which the traffic increased from 2100 in 2012 to almost 3000 visitors per month on average at the beginning of 2015. Since last year, industry players can apply for a FINAT membership via the website. This has been so successful that now most new members are gained from the website! This is even more reason for current members to go online and not only benefit from all the content and virtual networking, but also to optimize their online exposure as FINAT member by making sure their company details on the FINAT website are up to date.
The association issues its bi-weekly e-newsletter FINAT Labelling News Online (circulation to more than 1500 addressees) and regular direct mailings to members to inform all on the latest
news, events and developments. In case you do not yet receive the e-newsletter, you can subscribe via our website, www. finat.com or make sure to follow FINAT on Twitter (@FINATcom).

FINAT AS ONLINE THOUGHT LEADER
Of course FINAT strives to be the internationally recognised source of knowledge, networks and information strategic to success of label businesses. After the increase in offline and online clippings in 2013, another increase last year shows, that the industry media is also picking up on this vision. The infographic on page 46 shows the high number of coverage and the total audience reached by the efforts of our PR agency, Duomedia.
FINAT has published press releases, featured articles and opinion pieces, testimonials, videos and images, blogs and tweets on topics such as market trends, industry trends (on innovation and benefits), regulatory, sustainability and recycling and association and event related items. Even some high end articles on the congress, recycling, market trends, a technical report and the FINAT Radar were picked up by industry media. With a coverage in Europe (54%), USA (31%) and Asia/Pacific (14%), FINAT proves to be an internationally recognised source.
