‘Embrace change, enjoy success’, the theme for this year’s FINAT Congress is also the slogan of this Yearbook.
It is the natural successor of last year’s guiding principle, ‘creativity and innovation - the way for tomorrow’. After all, to embrace creativity and innovation means, overall, to embrace change - a prerequisite for all future success.
Enjoying success, on the other hand, also means celebrating the achievements of the past. And what has been achieved should not be forgotten. These pages intend to help the reader to document the 2011 FINAT Congress where this book is presented according to his own liking.
After the congress, the reader will be provided with self-adhesive sheets with photos of the events and ceremonies, summaries and statements, a selection of twitter messages and summaries from which you can pick and choose for your own personalised congress album! These
labels will therefore also serve as post-it- notes, with quotes, key takeaways (for instance from the creativity workshop the day before the congress) and ‘ideas made to stick’ on the next pages.
