Some dust was stirred up at the European Label Forum in Copenhagen last June when the Young Mana- gers Club relaunched and revamped themselves as the Young Professionals Network. Here to embrace change, openness and learning experiences, the group of young professionals welcomes all similarly minded label players who are looking for exactly that whilst building their network in an industry that already feels for most, like family. However, like in most families, there is a difference in perspectives and values between generations and it takes mutual comprehension to close that gap.
